These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Write IELTS Right platform operated by writeieltsright ("we", "us", "our") at writeieltsright.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Write IELTS Right is an AI-powered IELTS writing feedback platform. Students submit essays and receive detailed feedback reports including band scores across four IELTS criteria (Task Response, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy), grammar corrections, vocabulary suggestions, and model essays.

Feedback is generated by our Shubi AI system, which was designed in collaboration with senior IELTS examiners. While we strive for accuracy, feedback scores are indicative and should not be treated as guaranteed predictions of actual IELTS exam results.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits, and each essay submission costs a specified number of credits. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept card payments, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and other payment methods as available through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation. Promotional credits may be granted through valid promotion codes.

Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us using the details in the footer of our website. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Credits that have already been used (i.e., spent on essay submissions) are non-refundable. If you purchased a credit pack and have used some credits, only the unused portion is eligible for refund within the 14-day window.

Promotional or complimentary credits are non-refundable.

Refunds for payments made via WeChat Pay must be requested within 180 days of the original charge, in accordance with WeChat Pay's refund policy.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: submitting your own IELTS practice essays for feedback. You must not submit content that is plagiarised, illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of any third party.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI feedback system, model essays, or any proprietary content generated by the Service.

You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the essays you submit. By submitting an essay, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI system for the purpose of generating feedback.

All feedback reports, model essays, and other content generated by the Service are our intellectual property. You may use generated feedback for your personal study purposes but may not redistribute or commercially exploit it.

The Write IELTS Right name, logo, and Shubi AI branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that feedback scores will match actual IELTS exam results. Our AI-generated feedback is a study aid and should be used alongside other preparation methods.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, writeieltsright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account closure, any remaining unused credits will be forfeited unless a refund is requested within the eligible refund window described in Section 5.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
